Driver / Delivery Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between Bhara Bazar Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and the Driver / Delivery Partner (“Partner”, “you”) using our platform.
1. Nature of Relationship
- Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee
- Company acts only as a technology platform (aggregator)
- No employer-employee relationship is created
2. Eligibility Criteria
To register as a Partner, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a valid:
- Driving License
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
- Insurance
- Pollution Certificate (PUC)
- Own or have legal access to the vehicle
- Provide accurate personal and bank details
3. Partner Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe and professional service
- Follow all traffic rules and laws
- Maintain vehicle in good condition
- Be polite and respectful to customers
- Complete rides/deliveries without unnecessary delays
4. Ride & Delivery Rules
- Accept bookings only when available
- Reach pickup location on time
- Confirm ride/delivery through the app
- Do not cancel frequently without valid reason
5. Earnings & Payments
Earnings are based on:
- Distance
- Time
- Surge pricing
- Delivery type
Company may charge:
- Commission fee
- Platform/service fee
Payments will be settled:
- Daily / Weekly (as per system setup)
- Direct bank transfer
6. Incentives & Bonuses
Performance-based incentives may be provided
Based on:
- Number of trips
- Acceptance rate
- Customer ratings
Company reserves the right to modify or remove incentives anytime.
7. Cancellation Policy (Partner Side)
- Avoid unnecessary cancellations
- Frequent cancellations may lead to:
- Penalties
- Account suspension
8. Goods Delivery Terms (Porter-Type Services)
- Verify goods before pickup
- Do not carry:
- Illegal items
- Hazardous materials
- Restricted goods
- Ensure:
- Safe handling
- Timely delivery
9. Safety & Compliance
- Wear helmet (for bike riders)
- Follow safety standards
- Do not drive under influence (alcohol/drugs)
10. Ratings & Feedback
Customers can rate partners
Low ratings may result in:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent deactivation
11. Account Suspension / Termination
Company may suspend or terminate account for:
- Fraud or misuse
- Misbehavior with customers
- Fake bookings
- Document verification failure
- Violation of terms
12. Liability
Partner is responsible for:
- Vehicle condition
- Driving behavior
- Safety of goods during delivery
Company is not liable for:
- Accidents
- Damages
- Legal violations by partner
13. Insurance
Partner must maintain valid vehicle insurance
Any claim must be handled by partner/insurance provider
14. Confidentiality
Do not misuse customer data
Do not share personal details outside the platform
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
