1. Service Description

Bharabazar is a digital platform that enables users to:

• Book cab transportation services
• Request handyman and home services

Bharabazar acts as a technology platform only and does not directly provide transportation or handyman services.

2. Eligibility

To use the app, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account

Bharabazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Booking & Service Use

• Service availability depends on location and provider availability
• Estimated times and prices are indicative and may vary
• You agree to use the services only for lawful and intended purposes
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension

5. Payments & Charges

• Prices shown in the app may include applicable taxes or fees
• Payment methods may include online or cash (where available)
• Bharabazar is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways
• Any pricing disputes must be raised via in-app support or email

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on service type
• Late cancellations may attract charges
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per service policy
• Bharabazar reserves the right to modify cancellation rules at any time

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse, harass, or harm service providers or other users
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the platform

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Service Providers

• Service providers are independent third parties
• Bharabazar does not guarantee service quality, behavior, or outcomes
• Disputes between users and service providers should be resolved directly

Bharabazar may assist with support but is not liable for service execution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bharabazar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays, service failures, or provider conduct
• Use of the app is at your own risk

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and app materials are the property of Bharabazar or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Suspension & Termination

Bharabazar may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authority

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
