Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bhara Bazar Pvt. Ltd.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked through the Bhara Bazar mobile application.

1. Cancellation by User

a) Before Driver/Partner Assignment

Users can cancel the booking without any charges

Full refund (if prepaid) will be processed

b) After Driver/Partner Assignment

Cancellation may attract a cancellation fee

Fee depends on:

  • Time elapsed after booking
  • Driver/partner travel distance

c) After Driver Arrival

Cancellation will result in higher cancellation charges

Charges are based on waiting time and distance covered

2. Cancellation by Driver/Partner

If the driver or delivery partner cancels:

  • User will not be charged
  • If payment is already made → full refund
  • Option to rebook will be provided

3. Failed or Incomplete Service

a) Ride Not Completed

If ride is not completed due to:

  • Driver issue
  • Technical issue

👉 User is eligible for full or partial refund

b) Delivery Not Completed

If goods are not delivered:

  • Full refund (if prepaid)
  • Redelivery option (if applicable)

4. Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Cancellation timing
  • Service status
  • Payment method
  • Issue verification

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Time may vary depending on:

  • Bank
  • Payment gateway
  • UPI/Card provider

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method (preferred)
  • Wallet/credit (if applicable)

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be applicable in cases of:

  • Incorrect booking details by user
  • User not available at pickup location
  • Misuse of platform
  • Transport of prohibited/illegal goods
  • Completed services

8. Goods Delivery (Important for Porter-type Service)

User is responsible for:

  • Proper packaging
  • Accurate item declaration

❗ No refund for:

  • Damage due to poor packaging
  • Restricted/prohibited items

👉 Limited liability may apply based on internal policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you face any issue:

  • Contact support within 24 hours of service completion
  • Provide booking ID and details

We will review and resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Company Rights

Bhara Bazar Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Deduct applicable charges
  • Reject refund requests in fraudulent cases
  • Modify this policy anytime
