1. Nature of Service

Bhara Bazar is a technology platform (aggregator) that connects users with:

• Ride service providers (Bike, Auto, Cab)
• Delivery/Logistics partners (Goods transport, Porter services)

🚫 We do not provide transportation services directly.

All services are fulfilled by independent third-party drivers/partners.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

3. Services Offered

Users can:

• Book rides (bike, auto, cab)
• Book goods delivery services
• Schedule pickups and deliveries
• Track rides/deliveries in real-time

4. Booking & Service Rules

• Booking is confirmed only after driver/partner acceptance
• Estimated time and fare may vary due to traffic, distance, etc.
• Users must be available at pickup location on time

5. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are shown before confirming booking (may include base fare, distance, surge, etc.)
• Payments can be made via online methods (UPI, cards, wallets) or cash (if available)
• Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time
• Extra distance
• Heavy goods (for delivery services)

6. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel bookings before service starts
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing
• Drivers/partners may also cancel due to valid reasons

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to engage in illegal or unsafe activities
• To provide accurate pickup/drop details
• Not to transport prohibited or illegal items

8. Goods Delivery Terms (Porter Type Services)

• User is responsible for declaring correct goods details
• We are not responsible for prohibited items
• Limited liability applies for loss/damage (as per applicable policy)
• Packaging responsibility lies with the user

9. Driver/Partner Responsibility

Drivers/partners are:

• Independent service providers
• Responsible for service quality, behavior, and delivery

Bhara Bazar only acts as a facilitator.

10. Liability Limitation

Bhara Bazar Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Delays due to traffic or external factors
• Loss/damage of goods (beyond limited liability)
• Actions or misconduct of drivers/partners

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Block users for misuse, fraud, or policy violations

12. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation and service conditions

13. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime.

Continued use of the app means you accept updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
